Our research team designs and administer meaningful surveys to collect quantitative and qualitative data. It’s not easy to write meaningful survey questions that produce valid results across populations and over time. For this reason, we use established, peer-reviewed scales wherever possible. These give you more confidence in the results, because they have proven test-retest reliability and construct validity: in other words, the scale measures exactly what it supposed to measure, which reduces the likelihood that your results will be skewed by “noise”. We follow a rigorous code of research ethics that ensures both confidentiality and data security.
