Ron is currently an executive member of the local Human Resources Professional Chapter for Ontario. He is also a Trillium Foundation Board member representing the Cochrane-Algoma District. In the past he has served as an Executive member on the Boards of the Timmins Red Cross, the Venture Centre and the James Bay Frontier Tourism Association. He has also chaired the Sustainable Initiatives Committee for the Timmins Chamber of Commerce and the Investment Committee at the Venture Centre.
