We offer a range of leadership training and development options depending on your needs. Our courses combine learning materials from the business press, academic literature and the experiences of our seasoned leadership professionals. We focus on interactive learning approaches that build in opportunities for practicing new skills in a supportive environment.
Leadership Development for Young Professionals: This workshop can be delivered in formats ranging from 3-24 hours in length, depending on your objectives. It covers the same topic areas as our program for managers, but doesn’t assume that participants already have supervisory experience in the workplace. Our half-day course arms emerging leaders with the information they need to begin distinguishing themselves as an up-and-coming management professional. Highlights include the three critical skills needed to begin developing a professional reputation; what it takes to be an effective manager; how to develop a personal professional development strategy; and five practical strategies for building a powerful career network.
Leadership Coaching: We offer personalized leadership development and coaching programs for individuals interested in building a specific portfolio of skills. While these can be flexible in length, one option to consider is our three-month program. After an assessment in which we meet with you to determine your objectives and current skill levels, we create a workplan on which you can work over the following 12 weeks. Each week we spend an hour together to discuss your progress, challenges and successes, and work on answers to questions that arise in the meantime. At the program’s end, we evaluate your progress and develop some objectives for ongoing learning.
