Andrea Griener

Andrea is Director of Consultation and Research. An accredited Community Facilitator, Andrea specializes in needs assessments and public consultations, especially in the areas of health and social services, tourism and community development. Her credentials include a Master’s Degree in Public Administration that focused on the challenges faced by the public service sector in long-term planning, community engagement and policy-building. She is also a certified Change Management Professional, and works with many organizations on strategies to improve their performance and build capacity. Andrea is bilingual in French and English.


Prior to entering the consulting field, Andrea spent more than fifteen years coordinating regional and community development programs for the provincial and municipal governments. Part of her role there involved evaluating and monitoring funding proposals for the government: as a result, she brings a unique and valuable perspective to the table whenever funding issues are at stake.
